All orders made between now and Dec 31st 2018 will be sent via express post. There is no need to add "Express Shipping" to your order as it will be added automatically.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at email@example.com with the subject line "RETURN" and include your name and order number. All items must be unused and in original packaging (including stuffing inside bags). Shipping costs will apply after the first exchange parcel.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia and use Australia Post for all our shipping.
Do you provide Express Shipping?
Express shipping will incur an additional $10 per order. Next day delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to the postal delivery network. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, business days.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed within 24 hours (business days) once we receive your payment. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, which will also include a tracking number.
All our leather bags come packaged in our blue gift boxes and include a dust bag. All our packaging, flyers and stuffing is 100% recyclable. Please note, pouches do not come with a box.
Do you dispatch orders on weekends and public holidays?
All orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday. Our office is closed on all public holidays. All orders made during this time will be fulfilled the next business day following the public holiday.
How long will the delivery take?
Standard delivery will take between 3-7 business days for all metropolitan areas in Australia. Delivery times may be slightly delayed if you live in regional areas and may also be affected at certain times of the year. Use the tracking number provided to follow your package. A signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available at the provided address, Australia Post will leave a card with information to pick up your parcel at the nearest local post office.
Can I return/exchange my product?

We will send your first exchange parcel to you free of charge (applicable to Australian orders only). Shipping costs will apply after the first exchange parcel.
International orders will incur an additional shipping charge for exchanges.
Have you received my return?
Make sure you keep your tracking number so you can see where your package is. Once we receive your parcel, we will inspect your goods and notify you through email. Please note, it may take several days for your bank to process the refund.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the following countries: New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong and United Kingdom. International shipping will incur an additional $30 per order. International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty or customs charges depending on each country. All sales tax, duty or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping charge. Contact your local customs office to check applicable taxes and customs fees.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we may be able to cancel your order if we have not processed it. Unfortunately, once we have sent your order, we are unable to amend it and you will need to wait until you receive your parcel and then process a refund.
I received a faulty/incorrect item, what do I do?
While we check all our orders before they leave our warehouse, sometimes we may miss a fault. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will assist you.
Where are your products made?
Our Leather Bags are made in China. This factory is a safe and fair work place as our founders have seen and experienced first hand working in collaboration for two years.
Our Canvas Bags are made in China. This factory is a member of Sedex, an international body for fair trading, which promotes responsible supply chain practices.
Our factories are audited by us or an independent third party for quality control, workplace environment and ethical business practices. We work with factories that promote environmentally conscious materials and practices, as well as providing safe and fair working conditions for all workers.
